New owner-operators (1–5 trucks) getting their first authority
Small fleets (6–20 trucks) that want a clean, reliable setup
Box truck or tractor-trailer (interstate or intrastate, depending on your operation)
Dump / tow / hotshot and specialty operations (additional requirements may apply)
There are two parts to becoming an owner:
Having legal permission to operate (your authority)
Having the business essentials required to operate (insurance setup, invoicing, banking, ELD setup, etc.)
We help you do both with two separate services:
Our Complete Authority Setup: You get your own operating authority so you can legally haul loads under your company.
Our Trucking Business Essentials Setup: Your authority makes you legal but it doesn’t make you operational. You can't move loads and work with customers without a few needed business essentials. This provides those operating essentials: banking, invoicing, insurance setup, ELD, tolls, a simple bookkeeping system, etc.
Launch Bundle: You get both our Authority + Business setup. It's the fastest way to go from driver to owner in as little as 30 days.
We do the filings and setup. You provide info, sign where required, and pay government/third-party fees.

We verify your business details for consistency (name/address/contact info) to prevent delays
We create your Launch Folder (where all documents, templates, and checklists live)

We game-plan your required coverages and prepare your underwriting packet (basic info insurers ask for)
Once you bind, we coordinate timing so the insurance filing hits FMCSA properly
We monitor FMCSA status and notify you of progress/any issues
Week 3–4: Authority Activation + State Credentials
We track your authority until it’s granted/active (processing time varies)
If your truck/lane requirements trigger them, we complete or support:
IFTA credentials
IRP apportioned plate paperwork
Form 2290 HVUT guidance/support
We finalize your Compliance Starter kit and confirm your documentation is organized and ready
Finish Line: “Ready to Operate” Confirmation
You receive a final Launch Summary showing what’s completed, what’s active, and what’s next
Your documents and templates are organized so you’re not scrambling later
The fastest launches happen when you respond within 24 hours and bind insurance quickly. If you delay, the timeline stretches.
